Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

In our upcoming version, the search will be much more intuitive and organized, so that you won't face this issue often. Learn more bout the timeline for V.2 here5

However, currently, you can prevent spam account creation in your community as explained here4

We are in the process of removing the spam accounts from the Tribe support community as well.

This spam problem with Tribe5 seems to be across all the sites. I found by adding the SEO plugin and a noindex to users we got a lot less of these. Hope this helps while Tribe figures out its spam problem

Hi John,

Interesting Question!

Currently, it's not possible for us to let certain users bypass the Moderation criteria but it's definitely something that I'll pass on as feedback and I believe it can be a useful functionality for other community members too. We will keep you posted here in the community as and when there's an update available on this topic.

Thank you so much for sharing this!

Hi Kritik,

Yes, there is a workaround.

In the moderation app setting, you can add a large number for the "minimum account age" or "minimum reputation". This way, as no account is old enough or no user has enough reputation point to skip moderation, posts from all your members will be sent for the moderator's approval.
