At the moment, when users redeem their credit, they will be prompted with a pop-up message which cannot be further customized. However, I've included this to our feature request4 page where the team reviews the most requested features and consider them for our product roadmap.
That said, when you create a Virtual Currency store, you can include the email address where admin can be notified of a user redeeming their credit. From here, you can reach out to them directly and provide the external link. I've provided more information regarding the virtual currency app here8.

I noticed that when I change the Reputation scoring and have tribe recalculate all member scores, I am running into a problem. While my own reputation is getting updated properly, Month and Week Reputable is not properly updating based on the new scoring formula in my reputation app.
So my own reputation score was recalculated and is much lower than what the Most Reputable Users scorecard is displaying. How can I get this scorecard to sync and update with the updated reputation scores? All users on my account are now showing scores higher than they are as in my case.

This is certainly possible. Please follow the following steps:-
1. Install the Reputation App14 and follow the steps in the linked article to customize the App based on the needs.
2. Migrate the users as well as the content associated with the users. You can learn more about how to migrate users and migrate content in the following articles:
3. Lastly, please go to Admin Panel> Reputation App under the "app settings" section from the left menu and click "Recalculate All Members' Reputation".
Once you do this, based on the score for each action in the reputation app settings, users will receive a Reputation Score for the migrated content and for the posts natively shared on Tribe.
