I understand how the virtual currency works, and currently, if a member 'buys' something in the virtual store, they get a pop-up message saying they will be contacted. So a few questions:


  • where to edit this pop up message ?
  • the member seems not to get an email re their purchase - is an email possible as well as the pop-up?
  • how are admins supposed to contact the member re their purchase?
    The email admin receives contains only the member username - is it a case of then having to find the member in the member directory, download a CSV and email the member?
