Tribe offers an SSO app44 to premium and enterprise clients. Using this app, you can connect your user based form other environments to the tribe community. In order to do that, the other software needs to have the SSO integration available as well.
In the case of memberstack, it seems they do not support SSO yet. You can learn more it on memberstack's knowledgebase43.
