I'm using 'Announcement' feature to display a banner with a Sign Up button. Can this announcement feature be enabled only for guest and not login members? Can there be such features?

Announcement works for both the guests & regular registered members because it is displayed always. If announcement will appear, button will also appear.

how come you can't feature only one person. When i tried to disable someone as a featured user, the featured users section dissaperared. Is it possible or is it just me?
