@Inga Fedosova14 You should be able to do that using Tribe API.
For example, the technical team at your company should be able to get the Post IDs - https://docs.tribe.so/#get-all-post28. From the Post ID it is possible to see if the content type is video and attribute that to the member who has posted.
Once the counter reaches 5, the user's badge can be updated using the API - https://docs.tribe.so/#update-a-specific-user16.
