You can add external linked into your community using the HTML code in the Admin Panel> Theme> Advanced Setting. You can learn more here46.

Also, if you have you can put the external links inside your posts. We change the links to nice widget with images (if there is any) or we show a nice widget for the video links. You can learn more here104.

As an admin, Is there a way to pin new posts to the top of the page? So new posts can be seen first?

The ability to pin post to the topic pages. right now you can only pin post to the main feed. It'd be awesome to pin post to topics.

Is there a way to add a ref parameter to every external link from the community? Such as ?ref=communityName ?
