Searching on the Tribe Community, came across 'spam users', what is the best way to prevent this, and still have an open community?

However, currently, you can prevent spam account creation in your community as explained here8. 

We are in the process of removing the spam accounts from the Tribe support community as well. 

This spam problem with Tribe7 seems to be across all the sites. I found by adding the SEO plugin and a noindex to users we got a lot less of these. Hope this helps while Tribe figures out its spam problem
