We are considering creating a Tribe social site. Before we do though, we need to ascertain if the data processing (amongst which are personal data of our employers) are processed on a Canadian or a US server. We need to know this, as we are obliged to comply with the European AVG-Law (general data protection regulation).

Where am I?

In Tribe you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

Hi @Jojanneke van Lutterveld3
You can review the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) here.

Tribe is a GDPR compliant software. By default, the data is hosted in the US but since we have Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) included in our DPA, our European customers have no problem using Tribe. It worth mentioning that we also offer data residency in Europe to our Enterprise clients as well.
