Hi @Salisa Inis8,

Here is the list of events11 that we generate a notification for each user.

Currently, these are the default notifications of a community. Here are the default notifications settings when a user signs up:-

Hi Marina,

This article44 explains how email notification works.

We have daily and weekly digest. We do not have the monthly digest yet.

However, you can use Zapier15 to set that automation for your community.

Hi there. The invitation email in Tribe works properly.

However, after you move your community under your own domain or sub-domain, depending on the domain, some of the emails might end-up in spam (this is not something that Tribe has control over). This is not the case for all communities, it just happens to a few depending on your company's domain reputation.
Even in this case, there is a solution: Enable the SendGrid app15 to prevent email from ending us in spam.
When SendGrid is enabled, all the emails will be delivered and you can even check the status of the email from the community "Email Activity Log" and from your SG account as well.

Hi Alyssa. Tribe does not send a notification for every single post generated in the community. This is not the best practice and will be overwhelming for the users to receive any notifications about the subjects that they do not have interest in.

The way Tribe handles the notification is based on the user's interest. For example, if a user follows a topic page or joins a group, if there is a new post under that topic page or a group page, the user can receive a notification. Or, if user A is following user B in the community, as soon as that user B shared something in the community, all his followers, including user A, will receive a notification.

In this answer,28 you can learn more about why/when Tribe generates a notification for a user.
