We are working on enabling admins to be able to customize within groups they would like to appear/ not appear. In the meantime, I've included a workaround that would help with this here1.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. At this point only admins can see how many users are online on the community from Admin Settings> Reports> Stats. Our product team will review your request and will consider it in the future roadmap if it's aligned with the other functionalities.
Customizing the landing page is in our future roadmap. We're always looking for ways to improve Tribe. We appreciate your feedback!

However, meanwhile, you might find this workaround helpful:
You can use the Zapier app1 to send all the activities as a notification to somewhere outside of the community for your admins. For example, you can send all the activities to a Slack channel or your personal email.
