Currently, Tribe does not support Shopify as an App (it's on our roadmap!) but there are still ways to integrate Tribe with your Shopify store.
If you're looking to integrate Tribe on your Shopify e-commerce store, you can use Tribe's widgets8 to render the community inside your site. Here's an example21 of a community that has the home page widget integrated on their Shopify site. They're using the home page widget to showcase the community and have integrated the community into their Navigation Bar for a seamless experience. If you also want your customers that have a profile in your Shopify store to be able to join the community, you would need to use SSO (Premium, Enterprise plans only).
If you're looking to integrate Tribe directly onto specific product pages, you can use the Question12 or Post6 widget which will allow your customers to ask questions, make comments, or post about specific products in your e-commerce store.
There are additional use cases beyond this as well using Zapier and/or Webhooks including but not limited to:
- Allowing your customers to use virtual currency and redeem it in your Shopify store.
- When a new product is added, you can create a post about the product.
- When a new customer created in your store, you can add that user to a specific group(s).
