DNS Settings Update for A Record and Root Domain

If your DNS Settings are still pointing to 159.203.158.141, your community is inaccessible.

❗Important: this post is in The Knowledge Base (1.0) Space. For customers on Tribe 1.0. If you created a community after June 1, 2021, please visit our Knowledge Base Space.

    Why is my community inaccessible?

Because your DNS settings still point to Tribe's old infrastructure.

If your DNS Settings were not updated by Monday, May 3, 2021 your community will be inaccessible. This will cause service interruptions.

What do I need to do to fix it?

Tribe has done everything on our side. All you need to do is update the existing A Record for @ (root) to 99.83.140.63 in your domain DNS settings.

Once the A Record is updated your community will automatically get upgraded to our new infrastructure. This will NOT cause any service interruptions.
