That is supposed to happen. If a member copies that code and pastes it in a RSS Feed Reader, it will read your community to them.

The purpose of an RSS Feed is for someone to be able to read posts from your community without actually going to your community by using an RSS Feed reader.

I am pretty sure you can use Zapier to accomplish this. I think it might be a premium-only app though.

In the admin panel you have the option to approve the invitations manually. You may also want to use Google SSO then disable login by email because then it would be protected by reCaptcha.
